The damage to the facade and interior of the historic former Ottoman Bank building, located at the intersection of Ulus’s vehicle and pedestrian routes, has been repaired through restoration and renovation work carried out by Limit Mühendislik.

The main building consists of a basement, ground floor, and two upper floors. To ensure banking services were not interrupted during the works, branch staff and operations were temporarily relocated to the first floor, returning to their original layout once the ground and basement floors were completed.

Restoration and renovation works on the annex building, which shares a courtyard with the main building, were also successfully carried out, with project activities proceeding in a controlled and meticulous manner.
